Legal Framework v2.1

Operational Charter & Guarantees.

This document serves as the structural foundation for your engagement with the Biznasa Ecosystem. We prioritize architectural clarity over bureaucratic complexity.

The Membership Model:

Biznasa operates as an elite institution of independent engineers. All legal contracts are executed directly by a designated Biznasa Member. While the legal link is individual, the Biznasa Collective remains institutional guarantor of quality, infrastructure, and long-term project continuity.

01. Global Engagement

By requesting services or initiating a project within the Biznasa network, you acknowledge our decentralized operational model. We function as a fluid, cross-country collective. Legal representation is handled by specific members to ensure high-velocity execution and jurisdictional flexibility across global markets.

02. Accountability & Redundancy

  • Direct Responsibility: Clients are paired with a specialist member who holds the primary legal and executive obligation for project milestones.
  • Institutional Fail-safe: Biznasa provides the overarching standards and technical oversight. Should a member become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Collective is obligated to transition the project to another qualified member immediately to ensure zero downtime.

03. Intellectual Sovereignty

Upon final settlement of all dues, full ownership of the developed codebase, designs, and digital infrastructure is transferred to the Client. Biznasa retains the perpetual right to showcase the completed work within its professional portfolio as a record of technical achievement, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) specifies otherwise.

04. Engineering Support

We do not just "maintain"; we optimize. Technical support is governed by the Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined in the individual member contract. All projects are backed by Biznasa’s central toolsets, ensuring that your systems remain scalable and robust long after deployment.

05. Strategic Roadmap (2026)

Biznasa is currently undergoing a strategic evolution to centralize its primary corporate footprint in the United Arab Emirates by the end of 2026. All existing individual contracts remain valid and will be seamlessly integrated into the new corporate structure upon the completion of this transition.

06. Governing Law

Disputes are governed by the specific laws cited in the individual member agreement. In the absence of a specific jurisdiction, international commercial arbitration standards will apply to ensure a fair and equitable resolution for all parties.
